Who actually issues the card
We don't. The Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) does. Michigan's medical marijuana program is administered by the Cannabis Regulatory Agency, which took over the functions previously handled under LARA. The state — not this clinic — issues the registry card and sets its own processing times. If the physician certifies you, we file the certification on your behalf — but we can't promise a date, and nobody who tells you otherwise can either.

Does this replace my family doctor?
No. The evaluation covers one question and stops there. Your existing physician keeps managing everything else, and if the visit turns up something that needs ongoing care, the clinician will tell you to take it back to them.
Will my doctor's office be told I've done this?
Not unless you authorise it. Your record isn't disclosed without your written authorisation or a legal requirement. If you want it shared with your physician, say so and we'll send it — that's your call to make, not ours.

There's no office to attend. The evaluation happens over video from wherever you choose to take it, so there's no reception desk, no waiting room and nobody else in the building.
How long does it take, and can I book outside working hours?
Around fifteen minutes, and yes — evening windows are available and shown when you book. Most of the time is the physician going through your history with you.
