Who actually issues the card
We don't. The Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) does. Michigan's medical marijuana program is administered by the Cannabis Regulatory Agency, which took over the functions previously handled under LARA. The state — not this clinic — issues the registry card and sets its own processing times. If the physician certifies you, we file the certification on your behalf — but we can't promise a date, and nobody who tells you otherwise can either.

The clinical record of your visit is documented as any medical encounter is. Ask your clinician directly if you have questions about what's retained and for how long; our Notice of Privacy Practices sets out your right to access and amend your record.
